Etienne Kouamé N'guessan Founder, Chief Executive Officer Consultant, Civil and Power Electrical Engineering Services Etienne has been involved in the domain of power electrical engineering for over 35 years. After obtaining a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from New York University (1972) and his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1974), he subsequently assumed the role of electrical engineer at EECI, Ivory Coast's national electricity company until its 1998 shutdown. Etienne has thus acquired a strong and very diversified experience in the production, transport, and distribution in power electrical engineering fields. Additionally, he is an expert in the negotiation of large contracts and restructuring/privatisation of power electrical engineering companies. He has now become a very sought-after technical advisor in the energy department of multiple countries, namely, Ivory Coast, Togo and Mali. Etienne founded his company A.I.E.C in 1995 which is now among the primary choice of consulting firms for civil and power electrical engineering services in Ivory Coast and Africa.
Zahalo Silué Consultant, Water Engineering Services Zahalo has over 10 years in the electrical engineering field obtained from his work at EECI, CIE and SAUR-France. His experience also includes over 15 years in the domain of water engineering services from his position at SAUR-France and SODECI (Ivory Coast water distribution and civil engineering services). His expertise include customer management, design and project monitoring for wastewater systems and production, storage and transportation of water for small, medium and large cities and finally, operation and maintenance of waterworks and remediation (sanitation, sewerage and water treatment).
Sié Koné Consultant, Electrical Distribution Services Sié is a professional electrical distribution engineer (Centre des Métiers de l’Electricité CME Bingerville, Ivory Coast). With over 45 years of experience in the Power Electrical Engineering field, Sié has acquired expert knowledge in design studies and distribution networks, as well as monitoring and supervising the work of distribution networks. He has been lending his expertise to A.I.E.C since 1996.
Manouan Katché Consultant, Electrical Distribution Services With over 35 years of experience in the domain of power electrical engineering (mainly directing electrical distribution at EECI), Manouan has been lending his expertise to A.I.E.C since 2004. He is the founder of the company ETRELCI responsible for numerous works in the distribution networks in Ivory Coast's electricity sector.
